What’s for Dinner?  Do you ever get tired of trying to figure out what to make each night? Do we make chicken and rice or rice and chicken?  I hear ya-LOUD and CLEAR!  That is why I want to feature a new recipe each week as apart of our ‘What’s for Dinner?’ cooking series that will be quick, easy, and yummy! March is National Nutrition Month so this month we are going to focus on recipes with healthier alternative ingredients. This week we are going to learn how to make a mean Skillet Shepherd’s Pie subbing the potatoes for Cauliflower and here’s the other catch, with only 6 ingredients! Yes I said 6.
