What are some of your favorite go-to smoothies?
Such a a genius idea!! My toddler hates the texture and taste of most veggies. These smoothies will ensure she’s getting her iron by sneaking in those super greens and the Greek yogurt adds a great source of protein to help fill her up, keep her energiezed and strengthen her growing body! So many wonderful benefits here!
Thanks Jessica! I hope your daughter loves these smoothies as much as Kennedy does. Let me know how it goes!
Love these smoothie ideas! My son will just NOT eat veggies AT ALL. making these smoothies puts my mind at ease that he gets some of the nutrients he needs.
Thank you!
So glad he enjoys the smoothies! It’s true, as a Mom we worry about whether our child is getting all of the nutrients they need. Luckily these smoothies pack a ton of nutrients and yummy enough for our picky toddlers!
Great read! My daughter is a picky eater and I know these smoothies will help her get all the nutrients she needs! Thank you so much for posting several different recipes!
Thanks Lyndsay! So glad you found these recipes helpful.
I’ve been getting fruit into my three year through smoothies for awhile (he won’t eat a blueberry or raspberry – but he loves to drink them!). I haven’t thought about adding veggies to up the nutritional factor and my guy fights me on almost every veggie. I am going to try the Sunset smoothie! Thanks for the great recipes!
Thanks Kristen! Let me know how he likes the Sunset smoothie!
These are great ideas! Lately my daughter has been picky and adding vegetables to fruit would be a great way to hide it.
Thanks Mindy! Sometimes us Moms, we gotta be sneaky. hehe 😉
